Universal Receiver Sizing:
The Universal Receiver comes in various sizes (30″, 36″, 40″, and 45″) to fit most canoes. To determine the right size for your canoe, measure its widest point from outside to outside of the gunwale and select the receiver that is the next closest size up. If your canoe has an outside lip on the gunwales, choose a receiver one size larger for a perfect fit.
Note: This stabilizer package is NOT a personal flotation device. Always wear a U.S. Coast Guard Approved Type III PFD while operating your canoe.

I just used a Spring Creek Stabilizer Unit on my canoe for the first time this last weekend. AMAZING!!!! I am getting older and do not have the balance I once did, plus I need to move around in the canoe a lot more than in my younger years. I also mounted my 4 hp motor on the Spring Creek Motor mount and was stable as can be as I motored and paddled in the wind. Easily adjusts in and out as wall as up and down. No drilling for mounting. Only took 5 minutes to mount on gunwales of my canoe. Well thought through design.

What a great product. It really changes the way you think about using and fishing out of a canoe. You now have the ability to move and adjust your position without fear of dumping the canoe. The product is also very lightweight and easy to put and and take off before and after the portage. This is definitely a game changer for the canoe industry.

These are THE best accessory for a canoe! After many months of mulling over purchasing this Stabilizer Unit, my wonderful wife surprised me with them for Christmas. I have already used them twice since I got them. Let me tell you they blew my expectations out of the water (no pun intended). I run many water ways and inlet streams and rivers in the south of Florida, and I don’t want to risk tipping my canoe and falling into these waters. I could not be happier with the Spring Creek System.
PS – For those reading this who are considering a cheaper option to save some $$, don’t. I made this mistake a year ago and I wasted $270.00 on the cheaper system that doesn’t even come close to the quality of Spring Creek’s. Just buy this Spring Creek System from the start and be happy you did.
