Spring Creek Manufacturing’s Kayak Stabilizer Float Packages are the safety and comfort you are looking for while on the water. Made from durable, lightweight Polyethylene plastic, these floats are designed to be easy to use, universal, and keep your kayak stable and upright. Extendible up to 20″ in each direction, you’ll get the width that you need, and you’ll be pleased with the ease of use and simple design that all comes together to make the best kayak stabilizer on the market.
The floats weigh 4lbs each. The Floats measure 37″ long from tip to tip. The Universal Receiver weighs between 7 and 8.5lbs depending on the size.
Each Kayak Stabilizer Package comes with 1 Universal Receiver, 2 Stabilizer Floats, 2 Telescoping Arms, and set of Kayak Adapters.

Universal Receiver Sizing
The Universal Receiver is made in different lengths to fit most kayaks. Standard Universal Receiver sizes are 30″, 36″, 40″ and 45″. To size your kayak for a Universal Receiver, first, measure your kayak at it’s widest point. Measuring the widest point gives you the option to place the Universal Receiver anywhere on your kayak that is comfortable. Once you have the measurement of the kayak at its widest point selected the next closest size Universal Receiver that is longer than your measurement. (Example: Kayak Measures 38″ – the 40″ Universal Receiver is recommended)

I bought the spring Creek kayak stabilizers for my Hobie 12-ft pro angle. I fish and sail with this boat. The boat was very tippy until I got the stabilizers changed everything. You can stand up in it to fish and when I sail it it’s rock solid and very stable. I also just ordered spring Creek 3 horsepower motor mount for it that hooks up to the same bracket that’s really solved three problems for me:1 much more stable for fishing and standing up. 2 made the boat a much more stable sailing platform and made the boat 10 times more usable under sail.3 gave me the best solution for using a trolling motor electric or gas for my kayak.
The quality of the product fit and finish are great. It was very very easy to install I could have done it when I was sleeping. Everything is removable within a minute to just take it back to my standard kayak without a bunch of hardware in my way when they stabilizer is not in use.
The sales people could not have been nicer when I called super helpful super informative and very enthusiastic about their product it’s been a total pleasure doing business with them and I plan on having many years of service out of these stabilizers.

I Love them. A real life-saver. The Reader’s Digest Version: Senior Citizen watches enough YouTube videos to safely operate a fishing kayak. Buys fishing kayak. Maiden voyage, gets bucked off, capsizes, hundreds of dollars of fishing and boating accessories at bottom of river. The rescue effort was easy…I was still at the dock. Need to watch more YouTube videos. My dear wife, not wanting me to die right away, highly recommends/tells me get stabilizers or go back to cane poles and muddy banks. I got the Spring Creek Manufacturing kayak stabilizers. Changed my life. Just had my maiden voyage with the stabilizers, accompanied by my grandson and daughter acting as a rescue squad. I went out on the lake and tried to flip it, at the horror of the rescue squad. It didn’t even tip, I almost fell overboard, but the kayak didn’t budge. My grandson took it for a spin, now he has a kayak. We just ordered him a set of the stabilizers too. I feel 100% comfortable and confident in the kayak now. The Spring Creek Manufacturing stabilizers have been a game changer. My wife gave me my fishing license back.
