Each Drop in Seat comes with 1 seat, a pair of C clamps, 2 bolts, and 2 tightening knobs.

Bought this for my son to sit in the center of our Wenonah canoe. Super easy to mount and adjust. He loved it for in the past he always had to sit on the floor of the canoe, on a packsack, or on an upside-down bucket. Highly recommend this to all looking for additional seating in a 2 person canoe.
