Much better design than the rack I had on my Titan, far easier to adjust, plus the clamps holding it to the bed never come loose but most of all I can keep my roll up bed cover in place.

I bought my first set of truck racks from Spring Creek about 20 years ago. In that 20 years, they have hauled canoes and yaks all over the country, without fail. They were rock solid, and pretty much indestructible. I recently sold my old F-150, and the truck racks went with it.
I bought a 2021 Ford Ranger recently, and called the folks at Spring Creek to see if their racks would fit the new truck, they were great to work with, and were very helpful in making sure that the racks fit. The design team at Spring Creek has continued to innovate and improve the original design. They’ve rounded the crossbar and put a synthetic insert on the top surface that virtually eliminates any scuffing ABS yaks and canoes, and improved the aerodynamics. They’ve added a pull-pin design to lock the adjustable rack extensions into place, making adjustment easier. The racks are fully adjustable for width and height. They fit perfectly on my Ranger with a 5 foot bed, and will do a great job for a full size pickup.
Installation takes less than 30 minutes; a helper is a good idea to help hold the components while you’re putting the rack together. The racks are held to be bed rail by clamps, and once adjusted and in place are rock solid. I always check the clamps periodically to make sure they are secure, but I can tell you that in all the time I’ve had Spring Creek racks, I’ve only had to tighten them up a couple of times a year, and I keep them on the truck all the time. Because you just never know when the opportunity will arise to load a yak and hit the water.
Great rack system Spring Creek.

I bought the truck rack over 20 years ago … probably 25 years ago to use to haul a Jon boat while towing a camping trailer. The rack was is tough and rugged today as it was then. I recall they manufactured special clamps to fit under the chrome bed rail when I purchased the rack. The staff was very helpful and professional. When you see the quality of these racks you will be impressed – these are not some cheap rack you buy at Tractor Supply or other vendors. The aircraft aluminum is so strong and the installation is a breeze. Recently I hauled kayaks on the rack and with the outriggers it could probably fit 4 hard boats. If you are on the fence about a rack – please take my advice and buy one from Spring Creek. Ed Schuler, Aiken, SC
